Get hands on. Learn by making your own fresh fish poke’ and then enjoy a poke’ bowl feast of what you’ve created!
Class begins with something refreshing to drink and talking story. Then, using the freshest fish caught locally, right off shore by ‘ohana you will learn the story of how poke’ came to be as you learn how to make The OG Original “Hawaiian Style” and the popular Modern Day Spicy.
And then eaikakou, enjoy together a poke’ bowl feast of what you created and take away recipes and good memories!

• I am a Hawaiian Chef, born & raised Kaua’i. I grew up eating Poke’ and I have been teaching Poke’ Class since 2019. Poke’ is a family tradition I love sharing! I only use fresh fish caught right off shore by ‘ohana, so class is pending availability of the freshest fish.
