It’s wela !! And then it rains…:) maybe it’s summer…we’re not quite sure what’s happening…
Bees are gettin’ busy n so are we…more lilikoi butter is comin’ soon💜
And like a sweet mele…lokelani rose petal jam is spreading all around…we’re so happy everyone loves this so much! It’s so good in coffee as a rose latte n with salty butter on sourdough toast n drizzled over pancakes or yogurt & granola or ice cream or mango/banana bread or dark chocolate dipped frozen banana bites :)
And of course, it wouldn’t be summer without mangoes…just made more whole fruit mango jam for those beachy picnic pb&j’s days :)
And for quality control purposes :)…we had to try it with some of Lei’s sourdough bread, macadamia nut butter & a homemade backyard cherry soda…we might have overloaded it :)…so so yummy…
And you know we love making sauces, our fridge is always full of concoctions…we’ve been making these hot sauces since forever and finally started bottling them this year. And you all seem to love them as much as we do! They are organic local whole fruit, fresh organic chilies, local raw honey, organic apple cider vinegar and Hawaiian salt. Simple. Clean. Good for you! And good on everything!

And for salt lovers, like us…miso salt & citrus salt…we make a batch of organic miso every year & last year we made a miso salt sprinkle that we can’t ever seem to get enough of…it’s umami!
And we always make a yearly citrus salt… This year we had an amazing yuzu harvest & so we just made a salt with yuzu zest & juice that is so yummy…
