Wai wai wai…it's been raining and raining...and now it's wela!
Our gardens are absolutely loving it. Everything is so green, lush, and wonderfully jungly right now. Everywhere you look, something new is sprouting, blooming, or asking to be harvested.
Bees are humming…busy with all the blossoms, which means more of our "best ever!" Lilikoi Butter will be coming soon!
Mangoes and guavas and chili peppers are ripening too, so fresh batches of Mango Jam and our “Guava Guava Jelly”and Mango Banga’ and GuavaLava Sauce are just around the corner.
We've also got choke lemons, oranges, and limes, and we're having fun creating a new LOL Citrus Salt Blend that we can't wait to share.
Figs, kumquats, bananas, papayas, ʻulu, and so much more are ripening every day…
