Wai wai…it's been raining raining...and then it's wela! And then it’s raining :)
Our gardens are absolutely loving it…so are we…everything is so green, lush, and jungly right now…
Bees are humming…busy with all the blossoms, which means more of our "best ever!" Lilikoi Butter will be coming soon!
Mangoes and guavas and chili peppers are ripening too, so fresh batches of old school Mango Jam and Gushiken’s Sweet “Guava Guava Jelly”and Mango Banga’ and GuavaLava Sauce are happening….
And fyi we will be offering our fun & easy How to Jam + Jelly Course in the Fall for anyone on island who hasn’t taken this yet.
We also have so many beautiful lemons, oranges, and limes…and we're having fun creating a new citrus and organic pepper salt blend that we are soon to share…
Figs, kumquats, bananas, papayas, ʻulu, and so much more are ripening every day…and we are always planting more seeds n trees :)
And e komo mai…we welcome you to come on by our Farmstand to see what we have, join us for a cooking class, or gather around our garden table for a private dinner, weather permitting :)
