Poke’ Class

We love poke’. . .it’s part of our story. . .and we love sharing it. . .

Join us in the kitchen getting hands-on & learn by making fresh fish poke’ & then enjoy a poke’ bowl of what you’ve created. . .

Class begins with something refreshing to drink from the garden. Then, using the freshest fish caught locally, right off shore by ‘ohana you will learn the story of how poke’ came to be as you learn how to make 2 kinds of Poke’. The Original “Hawaiian Style” & the Modern Day Spicy or Fresh Ginger Poke’.

 And then ʻai kākou, let’s enjoy together a poke’ bowl feast of what we created.

Class is 2-3 hours for $200pp, minimum of 4 and can be at my home or yours!  Travel fee applies. 

We only host this class when there is an abundance of fish & we only use fresh fish caught right off shore by ‘ohana, so class is pending availability of the freshest fish.
