Join me, chef Kalen here on my homestead for a Poke’ Class…

Available Wednesday through Sunday 11-1p  

Come learn all about our island’s most loved recipe as you get hands on making fresh fish poke’ and then enjoy a poke’ bowl feast of what you’ve created. 

Class is in our outdoor kitchen and begins with fresh from the garden tea & a walk & talk around our gardens. 

Then, using fresh fish caught locally, right off shore by ‘ohana you will learn the story of how poke’ came to be as you learn how to make 2 kinds of poke’, The OG Original “Hawaiian Style” and Modern Day Spicy (or Fresh Ginger Poke’).

And then eaikakou, enjoy together a poke’ bowl feast of what you created and take away recipes and good memories.

• I am Hawaiian, born & raised Kaua’i. I grew up eating Poke’ and I have been teaching Poke’ Class from my homestead since 2019. 
• Class is pending availability of fresh fish.
• And I will travel on island, ask about having a Poke’ Class in your kitchen.
